Ideally candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and will possess an outstanding work ethic and a thorough understanding of expected construction quality standards.
You will be required to lead multi-function teams and so must have the ability to be personable and flexible and be able to work under your own initiative when required.
Whilst candidates with SMSTS and NVQ qualifications as a minimum are preferable, we will consider applications from unqualified candidates with the relevant experience and aptitude, as training can be provided if required.
