Acton, Church farm barns, new builds and Farmhouse

Phase 1 of the development comprises three beautifully restored and converted barns along with an eighteenth century farmhouse in an historic setting, just a stone’s throw away from the thirteenth century St. Mary’s Church. We have now sold two of the three barns off-plan. There is one remaining. The major restoration of the six-bed Georgian farmhouse is also underway.


Phase 2 (beginning mid-2017) of the development is currently awaiting confirmation of planning approval and will comprise a number of new-build two, three and four bedroom semi-detached homes, sympathetically placed around the three barns and farmhouse.
